Well I am heading home from my little vacation. I spent almost a week in Springfield and then a few days in Kansas City. I had a wonderful time with friends that I hadn't seen in a year and family that I hadn't seen in almost as long. Time flies doesn't it? While in Springfield I was able to hit up some of my favorite spots with friends. I love friendships where even if you haven't seen the person in quite a while it doesn't seem to matter at all. My kindred spirits I like to call them.

And now I am sitting in the Chicago station waiting for my train that will take me back home. I am not looking forward to the cold. I was spoiled with warm weather and now I am afraid I will have to go back to snow. Well, here's to wishing that spring will come quickly.
I've also realized that I don't much care to travel alone. I keep on wanting to turn and talk to someone and realize all these people don't know me and I don't know them. Everyone's face seems familiar though in a way.
As I am heading home I have hopes and dreams for what is going to happen. I am finishing my cover letters and preparing to send them out this week. I am nervous, excited, scared, hopeful, nervous, and a bit more excited. Pray with me as I send out these pieces of paper. I'm hoping one of these organization may have a fiery bush story, that my resume and cover letter would ignite before them (leaving my name and phone number of course.)
